By accessing or using the services provided by dispatchr ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), including our website, mobile applications, and logistics services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and dispatchr. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or provide false information. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
4.1 Shipment Creation: When you create a shipment, you are responsible for providing accurate sender and receiver information, correct package dimensions and weight, and a truthful description of contents.
4.2 Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, weather conditions, natural disasters, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
4.3 Address Accuracy: We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the sender. Additional charges may apply for address corrections or re-delivery attempts.
4.4 Signature Requirements: Depending on the service level, a signature may be required upon delivery. If no one is available to sign, we may leave a notice and attempt redelivery or hold the package at a nearby facility.

Shipments found to contain prohibited items may be seized, returned, or destroyed at the sender's expense. The sender may also be held liable for any fines, damages, or legal consequences.
6.1 Pricing: Shipping rates are calculated based on weight, dimensions, origin, destination, and service level. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price displayed at the time of shipment creation is the binding price for that shipment.
6.2 Digital Wallet: Funds added to your digital wallet are non-transferable and can only be used for services within our platform. Wallet balances do not earn interest.
6.3 Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods as displayed on our platform. All payments must be completed before shipments are processed.
6.4 Taxes and Duties: International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the sender or receiver as applicable and are not included in our shipping rates.
7.1 Standard Coverage: All shipments include basic liability coverage. The maximum liability for lost or damaged items is limited to the declared value of the shipment or the applicable maximum per applicable regulations, whichever is lower.
7.2 Additional Insurance: Optional additional insurance coverage may be purchased at the time of shipment creation. Claims must be filed within 30 days of the delivery date or expected delivery date.
7.3 Limitation of Liability: We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific shipment in question.
7.4 Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays, damage, or loss caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, government actions, pandemics, or strikes.
Shipments that have not yet been picked up may be cancelled for a full refund. Once a shipment is in transit, cancellation may result in partial or no refund depending on the circumstances. Refunds are processed to the original payment method or wallet balance within 5–10 business days.
Registered drivers on our platform operate as independent contractors, not employees. Drivers are responsible for maintaining their own vehicles, insurance, and compliance with local regulations. We reserve the right to deactivate driver accounts for violations of our policies or service standards.
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on our platform are owned by dispatchr or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our intellectual property without prior written consent.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms, is harmful to other users or our business, or for any other reason we deem appropriate.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which dispatchr is registered. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
