Parcel Delivered & Confirmed

Once your parcel reaches its destination and is handed over to the recipient, the status updates to Delivered with the exact date and time of delivery recorded. A final confirmation notification is sent to both sender and recipient.

Where do I find my tracking number?
Your tracking number is included in the shipment confirmation email or printed on your receipt.
How often is tracking updated?
Tracking events are updated in real time as your parcel moves through our network.
My status hasn't changed — is that normal?
During transit between cities or countries there may be periods without updates. If no change after 48 hours, contact support.
Can I track without an account?
Yes. The tracking page is fully public — just enter your tracking number. No login or registration is needed.
What do the different statuses mean?
Statuses include: Pending (registered), In Transit (moving), Out for Delivery (with driver), and Delivered (handed over).
I'm a registered client — is there more detail?
Yes. Logged-in clients see additional information including payment history, shipment documents, and shipment management.
